Keep your state folder and recovery records intact.

Troubleshooting checks

  1. Confirm the panel and companion both show 0.4.168.
  2. Keep Premiere and the panel open, connected to the same state folder as the companion.
  3. Run the connection check. A timeout can leave a read-only request queued; do not clear queues as a fix.
  4. If an edit outcome is uncertain, stop new edit requests and inspect the timeline and receipts before retrying.
