Local companion

The included panel and companion exchange commands through a folder you select. Runtime records can contain project and media paths, edit receipts, protection records and learning history. Keep this folder private and intact.

The distributed build excludes runtime history and original media. Local self-test and support-report commands do not upload reports.

External assistant

Snake Eyes does not include a model or cloud inference subscription. The assistant you choose has its own access permissions and data practices. Giving it footage, frames, audio, paths or reports may share that information with its provider. Check that service before using confidential material.

This website

These pages do not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, footage uploads or an email signup form. The hosting service may process connection information to serve and protect the site. This description covers the site’s own features, not every practice of its hosting provider.

The support worksheet stays in the page until you copy it. It does not send a message or save your entries to a server.

Support reports

Share build and host versions, the symptom and minimal reproduction steps. Remove client names, media paths and other private details. Do not send raw footage or the full state folder.
